A warm modern renovation and addition designed for multigenerational living. Light, bright, and family-friendly, the home balances durable surfaces, integrated storage, and clean-lined millwork with warmth, texture, and ease of use. Thoughtful planning allows the home to support both gathering and privacy, creating spaces that feel elevated, comfortable, and deeply livable.

The goal was for the cabinetry to feel like part of the architecture, not something added onto it. Full-height white oak millwork keeps the kitchen calm and uninterrupted, while quietly holding all the storage and daily function behind the scenes.

Sometimes the best design decisions are the ones you barely notice.

The integrated pantry door lets the cabinetry read as a single architectural element while keeping everything needed for daily life close at hand, but out of sight.

A home shouldn't feel like a museum.

It should support the rituals that happen every day. Behind the millwork are the groceries, leftovers, snacks, and all the little things that make life work, leaving the architecture free to breathe

Accessed through a concealed bookshelf in the home’s new addition, this private lounge was designed as a destination within the home. A place for conversation, games, music, and slow evenings away from the pace of daily life.

Every project ends with a few details that nobody asked for.

Those are usually my favorite part.
